In short
- Five material options are discussed for towels and bath towels: Viscose, Cotton, Viscose / Polyester, Wood Pulp / Polyester, and Wood Pulp / Polypropylene.
- The GSM range is 40–130 g/m² for both towels and bath towels.
- Three surface textures are in the current product data: Plain, Pearl, and EF.
- Two pack formats exist: folded bulk pack and individually sealed. Towels and bath towels have no dispenser pack and no roll.
- Private-label towels and bath towels typically start at 40,000 pieces per SKU, confirmed per size, color, and pack artwork.
- Standard private-label production is about 20 working days, counted from deposit received and final packaging artwork approved.
Each line traces to the manufacturer's product file or a dated confirmation. Nothing here is a quotation, a certification, or a promise about a specific order.

What this guide covers
The numbered pages follow the order a purchase usually moves: what the towel is made of, how it is packed and approved, what happens on the line, and who makes it. Reference pages sit at the end.
Textures
The three texture names
Plain, pearl, and EF are the texture names used in the current product data. At equal GSM, the order of fabric thickness in our production is plain < EF < pearl. A texture is approved on a sample rather than from a name.
These are drawings of the pattern structure, not photographs of a finished towel. Pattern scale, GSM, color, and fold are confirmed per project against an approved sample.
