About this knowledge base and the manufacturer

GREENCOMO is an independent reference site. The towels it describes are manufactured by QINGDAO JAROLL HYGIENE PRODUCTS CO., LTD., and the specifications, limits, and production notes on these pages come from that company's product files rather than from a survey of the market.

06.1 · The factory

Who manufactures the towels

Company
QINGDAO JAROLL HYGIENE PRODUCTS CO., LTD.
Address
NO.4515,EAST OF JIAOZHOUBAY ROAD, HUANGDAO DISTRICT, QINGDAO CITY, SHANDONG PROVINCE, CHINA
Founded
2018, in Qingdao, China
Facility and team
About 3,000 m² and 28 employees
Monthly output
Approximately 50 million towels and bath towels under normal scheduling, plus 1.8 million packs or boxes of face towels. Both figures can be achieved at the same time. What a particular order can deliver still depends on its specification, packaging, and the production schedule at the time.
Product scope
Disposable towels, bath towels, and face towels
Production equipment
Lines capable of running towels, bath towels, and face towels across the size ranges described on this site
Private-label experience
In the face towel line, the company has produced private-label programs for several hundred brands worldwide. That figure is specific to face towels and is not claimed for the towel or bath towel line.
Export markets
Japan, South Korea, the United States, Europe, and the Middle East
Sampling
No fixed number of days is promised. Timing is counted from the date a sample is confirmed as needed and the factory confirms it can be scheduled, and it differs between existing samples, custom product samples, and printed packaging samples.
Production lead time
About 20 working days for a standard private-label program, counted from deposit received and final packaging artwork approved. This covers production and inspection up to the point the goods are ready to load; booking, loading, and international transport are separate.

These figures were confirmed by the company and may be published. For a specific order, capacity, sampling time, and lead time are confirmed in writing on the quotation or proforma invoice, because they depend on specification, packaging, and the schedule at that moment.

06.2 · Standard

What the national-standard status does and does not mean

The company is named among the drafting organizations of GB/T 40276-2021, Soft nonwoven towels (柔巾), and its principal is one of the standard's named drafters. The standard was published on 2021-05-21 and took effect on 2021-12-01.

Its scope is defined by three things: textile fiber as the raw material, a nonwoven process, and dry wiping for cleaning human skin. It does not restrict size or format, so face towels, towels, and bath towels made this way all fall inside the scope.

What can be said

The company is one of the drafting organizations of GB/T 40276-2021 and took part in drafting it. Its principal is one of the named drafters.

What cannot be said

Being a drafter is not a certification. It does not mean a product "complies with" or "is certified to" the standard, and it does not make the company the sole or lead author. GB/T is a recommended national standard, not a mandatory one. The standard's internal limits are also not reproduced on this site.

The distinction matters for procurement documents: a buyer who needs a conformity claim needs a test report on the specific product, which is a separate document from a drafting credit.

06.3 · This site

What this knowledge base is, and is not

It is a specification reference

Written to be read before a quotation, so that a buyer can arrive with a material, a size, a GSM, a texture, and a pack already chosen — or at least know which questions to ask.

It is not a shop

There is no catalog with prices, no cart, and no stock list. Production is to a private-label specification, so nothing here can be ordered as shown.

It is a single-source guide

The specification ranges and production notes describe one manufacturer's capability. Where a claim is a judgment from that line, it says so rather than presenting it as an industry fact.

It is not impartial market research

This site is published with the manufacturer's support and describes its product. It does not rank competitors, and it should not be read as an independent survey.

06.4 · Process

From requirement to shipment

  1. Requirement

Use case, market, target quantity, and any document or claim the market requires.

  2. Specification proposal

Material and ratio, size, GSM, texture, color, and pack are proposed against what the line can run.

  3. Sampling and quotation

A sample route is agreed and the price is built on the confirmed specification, not on a product name.

  4. Sample approval

The sample is compared and signed off against the record described on the pack and approval page.

  5. Packaging approval

Artwork, label, barcode, and carton are confirmed in writing. This date, with the deposit date, starts the production clock.

  6. Production

The lot is run to the approved specification and inspected before packing.

  7. Shipment

Booking, loading, and transport are arranged separately and are not counted in the production lead time.

  8. Review

The approved documents are kept, so a repeat order can reference an existing SKU, specification, and artwork version.
